Welcome to King Security. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

King Security is committed to providing top-quality security solutions, including CCTV systems, alarm systems, LED lighting, fire safety systems, security lighting, and access control systems. These Terms govern the use of our services, website, and all interactions between you (the “Client”) and King Security (the “Company”).

2. Scope of Services

We supply, install, and maintain a range of security and lighting solutions. Specific project details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in your personalised service agreement or quotation.

3. Quotation & Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • A deposit (percentage may vary depending on the project scope) is required prior to commencement.

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Installation & Access

  • The client must provide clear and uninterrupted access to the site on scheduled installation dates.

  • Any delays caused by restricted access or other client-side issues may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

  • All installations are carried out in compliance with UK safety standards and local regulations.

5. Warranty & Support

  • Most products supplied by King Security come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.

  • Installation workmanship is covered by a 6-month service guarantee.

  • Extended maintenance contracts are available upon request.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations.

6. System Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to regularly test systems (including CCTV, fire, and alarm systems) and report any issues.

  • King Security is not liable for system malfunctions resulting from power cuts, internet outages, or tampering.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, diagrams, and installation methods remain the intellectual property of King Security and must not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

  • King Security will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or failure of any system.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service contract.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with 14 days’ notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of termination.

10. Privacy & Data Security

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and ensuring your security systems are handled with confidentiality. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

King Security reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate UK courts.
